“Boy, did Mat deliver! We chose beef cheek, pork belly and roast chicken for our buffet. Not only was it affordable, but the meat was just delicious! Melt on your tongue, mouth watering smokiness. All leftovers were used for sandwiches the next day, none was wasted and people kept talking about it for days. Easily 5 stars!”
